Company Policies

Asbestos

No work will be performed on any boiler systems with asbestos wrapped piping or equipment. If upon arrival, asbestos is present, work will not be performed and travel will still be charged. Work can resume once a licensed asbestos abatement company has removed all material and provided a copy of the company's air quality report.

Mold

Any service locations with visibly excessive or known amounts of mold will not be worked on. If upon arrival mold is present, work will not be performed and travel will still be charged. Work can resume once a licensed mold removal company has cleaned all areas and provided a copy of the company's air quality report.

Health Hazard

No work will be performed in any service locations with less than sanitary conditions, exposing staff to physical, biological, chemical or other hazards. Upon arrival, if staff deem it to be a health hazard, work will not be performed. Travel will still be charged.

Aggressive Behavior

Aggressive behavior toward staff, from either human or animal, will not be tolerated. Work will not be performed and travel will still be charged. Any seemingly aggressive animal that is kept in a secure location, away from the path of work, does not apply.

Smoke-Free Worksite

For the health and safety of our staff, we kindly ask businesses and homeowners to refrain from smoking tobacco and non-tobacco products in and around the worksite area while our staff is completing installations or repairs. Not only will this allow for a healthier work environment for our staff, but also reduce the dangers surrounding our work around flammable materials.
